DylanFestival is a new annual festival celebrating the music, songwriting, and enduring legacy of Bob Dylan. The inaugural festival will take place in Derry City, bringing together musicians, artists, writers, fans, and cultural enthusiasts for a weekend of music, creativity, conversation, and community.
Inspired by one of the greatest songwriters of all time, DylanFestival will honour Dylan's extraordinary contribution to music and culture through a vibrant and diverse programme of events.
From intimate acoustic sessions to electrifying live performances, the festival will showcase the lasting influence of Dylan's music on generations of artists around the world. Featuring local, national, and international performers, DylanFestival will present more than 90 performances, concerts, workshops, screenings, and special events across an exciting three-day programme.
At the heart of the festival is the Music Trail, offering festival-goers the opportunity to experience live music throughout the city in a variety of unique venues and settings. The programme will include three headline concerts, an exclusive Music Trail experience, and a host of open concerts, sessions, and pop-up performances, creating a city-wide celebration of music and culture.
